Exchange Policy

There are no exchanges or returns for all sale items! There are NO RETURNS unless your item was received damaged. 

 

Below is our exchange policy.

Exchanges
Policy Is Strictly Enforced. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the items were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include (exchanges not accepted): Sale items, stockings, swimwear and gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where an exchange can't be granted

  • Clothing with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Exchanges do not include any shipping or handling charges.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping
To return your product, you should send us an email to sales@shopbeijaflor.com and mail your product to: ATP 311088, c/o Shop Beijaflor, Schaffhauser Str. 13, 79798 Jestetten, Germany.

You are responsible for the shipping costs back to us and the shipping costs back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are sending us back an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
